At least 8 pods of Bottlenose Dolphins passed close to shore at Donaghmore, West Cork
As the calm high pressure dominates the weather for yet another day 8 to 10 pods of Bottlenose Dolphins were spotted close to shore. As each pod averaged 5 dolphins there could have been up to 50 entering the bay.
If you watch carefully you might see them chasing a long skinny Garfish and a juvenile being taught how to hunt.
